Dealing With Ageing

Sometimes one of the hardest things to deal with is ageing. It is to me because I am still pretty young and I have grey hair and I do not like it. I been looking for options to get rid of the grey but never did because was kinda of afraid of doing something to alter my appearance. I see I was some what happy with my looks but the grey has me thinking and dealing with aging thing. Immortality is not real and it sucks we deal with death and aging confirms this.

I am also afraid when that happens to me but we can't control or avoid. We are all going there .

I've often thought about what I would do when the gray hairs kick in . . . well the gray hair has kicked in a while ago - and never did figure out what to do with it so I just let it be 
. I decided I don't want the fake color (because it often does look fake) and you always have to deal with the gray roots that show up - so I don't want the extra fuss and expenses. I don't need the chemicals and can possibly lead a healthier life that way.

i thought about it but never did it because altering your looks was not for me never even got a ear ring I wanted one but didnt get it

I love my grey hair, and proud of it. I guess, I have known so many that didn't live long enough to turn grey.

When I was younger I thought I would be very old in the new century that began in 2000. Yes, I became 28 years old in that year. Now I am 46 years old I have some white hairs in the front of my hair. I wonder if dark brown hair will be white hair. I would prefer to have grey hair. I like iron grey hair yet my hair will all be white.

Dying is a good way to get rid of white hair. What is difficult is when wrinkles come along. And then that dumb pain in your joints

Think about how you really feel and what is inside of you. The outer appearance is not always so important. I discovered that some of my years have rolled back since I returned to the US. I was walking along and a car went by and it was playing loud music and It almost got me dancing. Then I knew I still felt quite good.

Hey! Don't be scared, it's okay, you don't aging as you think. I think that because your blood makes your hair look like that, I have some friends who own gray and black hair like the old ones and when I ask, everyone says it's because of bad blood. This disease is not rare for me because I have many friends who have such that disease, and it affects only hair color so you do not worry. Everything is fine!

@William21001 okay, so are you Asian? If you are Asian, try dyeing black hair, it suits Asian skin so do not worry about your appearance.

I got my first grey hair when I was 26. I remember because I was shocked. I thought that was far too young. I also recall looking in a compact mirror one day when I was 34 and being shocked to suddenly see wrinkles and lines all over my face. It's hard to grow old. I sometimes feel like I'm not looking at myself anymore. As though age is taking away my true identity as I still feel young inside.
