Our garden is designed for birds and so nothing surprising that they loiter around or better say fly around but they do that even when there is heavy downpour. I have clicked many a videos when they are here and this one was taken a couple of days ago.

We have huge garden and I hardly notiice their droppings as they get buried in the dry leaves that keep falling - a good manure indeed (lol)

@allknowing At those new stations, we see the line of bombs and often just dived past, fast, just in case!

At least they still sound happy. I have heard different birds here in my new home in Florida but haven't had a chance to see what kind of birds they are.

I have loads of video clips of birds that visit our garden, specially when they come to frolic in the birdbath

I wonder why they would not want to go for cover when the rain is coming down hard.

If my guess is right they have oil on their feathers that helps rain slid down.

Birds dropping and rains together can create stinky mess...

Not in my garden. We have many trees. The rains dissolve those tiny droppings and merge with the leaves No smell at all. - good for the garden.

There are hundreds of birds that gather every evening just before sundown in the wooded area outside of my building. They chirp loudly and quiet down after the sun sets. It's as if they gather to gossip with each other about their day before calling it a night.

It is always nice to see birds flying outside your home. I love listening to them tweeting..
