How do you reduce mid night cravings

Do you experience this or you used to have this problem but have been able to overcome. I crave for some snacks mid night and sometimes I give in which I urgently need to stop.How this be stopped please whsre your tips?

@Berrygal I eat two meals a day. I do not crave anything because when I take my medication I am not allowed to eat anymore for that day.

Just drink water whenever you crave for something . I don't have that problem

Try to limit carbs intake. Carbs make our mind to crave for food..
