Exercise pain

Agra, India
July 16, 2018 1:03am CST
From today, I have resumed my exercise routine. It was my first day of walk with cardio workouts. My body aches so badly. I will take sometime to adjust to the exertion.

Yes, your body isn't used anymore to exercise and needs time to adjust. Slowly but surely should be a good idea. Exercising more and more as your body gets used to it.

Excercise is good but you need to take it easy on the first day because your body needs to adjust slowly.
