A Sure Harbinger of Fall, Y'all! / myLot

So, going along with my morning discussion about the katydids and the 11 weeks until the first frost, I saw a couple of other sure signs that fall is on the way. The Halloween Superstore "Spirit" now has a storefront and is hiring staff. Not sure, but they may be open by August 1. Also, as I was driving along today,,I was gratified to see some colored leaves that had blown down and were decorating the road in a few places..so Fall lovers rejoice..even though we have plenty of summer heat and yuk yet to go thru..Cooler temps will be here before you know it. What do you use to tell you fall ison the way?

Another 8 to 10 weeks to go before Autumn will finally bring a cool and nice temperature. This year is not too hot, for the moment we cannot complain.

Yes, even here, hasn't been awful with the exception of a couple of small heat waves. We aren't over it.yet.but by this time next month, the temps should be cooling a bit.

@snowy22315 Today was cool in the morning, now the temperature is going up, but it is still very pleasant.
