I want bourbon cremes

United States

There's a few problems with this. The foremost is that I am in the wrong country for them. There's every possibility that the world market (store) has them though. I haven't ever been but I know where one is. I do think it might be a bit expensive though. I can find them cheaper online. There in lies the other problem. Waiting for them to arrive. I do have store credit for one shop that I have used in the past though so that's good. Here's the third problem. If I am going to get bourbon cremes why not get jammy dodgers as well? Then there's the Anne's Puddings. You see how this is going. It looks like I'll have to plan for a shopping spree now.

Bourbon Creams by Jacob's are for sale here, but I think you can buy them through Amazon.

I believe so but I can buy them through a website in Pennsylvania and receive them faster as well. I know of two legitimate sites to get my favorite British foods. One is in the UK, I forget where exactly. The other is in Pennsylvania. The problem with the one in the UK is that sometimes the box gets beaten up. Not the fault of the packaging faciilty of course.

@ScribbledAdNauseum British food is available in most supermarkets here, but we are in Europe, not very far from them.

@LadyDuck We have some Biritsh foods in supermarkets but it's either very expensive or not very much to choose from. I used to work for a grocery store that carried Digestive Biscuits, Anne's Puddings, some orange marmalade , Irn Bru (although that's more Scottish) and marmite. The anne's puddings were around $6.00 and I could get them online for half of that. Irn bru was $2.50 at the store for just a small botlte and I could get it online for cheaper.

Call them Bourbon Biscuits ... seriously, I don't know anybody who calls them Bourbon Creams. Have you tried Custard Creams {yes, you may use the word cream here}? They are yummy in your tummy. I have no idea what Anne's Pudding is/are and that is going to bug me. :)

I'll post a link to what I mean by Anne's Puddings. Sorry, consider me chastised , I will refer to them as bourbon biscuits from now on. I have but not any from over there. We have custard creams here though it has been awhile since I've purchased any. I got it wrong, it's Aunty's and not Anne or Annie's.

@Poppylicious I have tried Wotsits and love those more than I do the "cheese doodles" we get here. Let's see.. I've had Heinz Baked Beans but not the curry flavor. I will have to get those the next time I have the money for it. I may have tried the Jacobs Cheddars before but am not sure so I will get those too. I don't think we have the Caramac bars but we may have in the past. I've tried Marmite before but nothing flavored in it. The worcester sauce crisps I've never tried either. I've had curly wurlys, Yorkie Bars, Dairy Milk, Terry's Chocolate Orange (we can get this at a specialty shop in the mall or around Christmas at grocery stores). and well I guess that's it. I liked the Aunty's puddings but I can't remember which flavor I tried. I shop from British Food Depot, British Corner Shop (this one is in the UK), English Tea Store (sometimes they have discount on chocolates) and amazon of course.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Oh, I vaguely recognise those. Never tried one, of any variety. So, I've made you a shopping list, if money were not limited. Jacobs Mini Cheddars, Red Leicester. They are to die for and we can never find them over here! Hob Nobs! Custard Creams. Nice Biscuits. Mars Bar. Milky Way. Caramac {I thought you had that in America?} Parma Violets. Anything Marmite. Worcester Sauce flavour crisps. Wotsits. Heinz Baked Beans, Curry flavour. *grin*

I know where to get them online which is where I will be getting them. I might wait a little while until I have more money to spend and make a big order of it.

You can get them in the UK but I also think India might make and sell them too. I"m not so sure. They are delicious though. I've only bought two packages in the past and they were eaten up fast here.

They are delicious, well atleast they are to me. I wouldn't say there's anything "special" about them but they are British Goods. Though Bourbon Creams might also be made in other countries.

British foods. Jammy dodgers are just a shortbread cookie with jam in the middle. The puddings are several different flavors .I like the chocolate or toffee one the most. The bourbon cremes are a chocolate biscuit. I get them from a website in Pennsylvania. I could get the Anne's Puddings at a grocery store here but it's more expensive. I can get them cheaper (usually) online.
