Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 74 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is a gorgeous morning! I just finished making my breakfast. I am having 2 scrambled eggs with some sauteed diced onion, baby spinach, and Penzey's Fox Point seasoning. I am also having 2 slices of uncured turkey bacon. It is very tasty! I don't have any big plans for the day until my workout at 4:30 with my sister and another gym buddy. It is "open gym" again so my sister has another training session planned for us. And it is Wednesday so my husband and I are going out for dinner and bar trivia tonight when he gets home from work. They made me get on the scale at the health clinic yesterday. They have NEVER done that in the 10+ years that I've been going there. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was at least 10 pounds lighter than I thought I weighed. I had thought that I had gained some weight and was avoiding my scale at home. I was surprised to see that that wasn't the case and I'm actually down a few pounds. That definitely motivates me to continue with my efforts to improve my nutrition and keep at it at the gym. What's everyone else up to today?

It's a beautiful day here too in Pennsylvania and right now I'm just enjoying my coffee and myLotting. Your breakfast sounds really good but it's too early for me to think about eating. on your scale success

I never used to include veg with my breakfast but now it is second nature and I love it

@NJChicaa I usually don't eat a very big breakfast but I know it's the most important meal of the day

@Marilynda1225 I have eggs and veggies most days as that's what my trainer recommends.

Sounds like a lovely breakfast minus the spinach since I can't have it. I need to start working out too I do alot of walking and once the weather gets cooler and not so hot I plan to start biking at night after work. I have lost weight too since surgery about 20 pounds and still keeping that weight. I try not too eat too much junk food and stay to a healthy diet. Have fun at trivia tonight and hope you guys win!

We don’t normally win since it is the 2 of us against teams of 8-10 but we often get 2nd or 3rd. Good enough.

That is sure a pleasant surprise. Usually when I dont step on the scale for a while it goes the opposite way. Lol. Have a good day.
