Kickstarting My Day With A Good Cardio.

Lately, I've been sitting idle for awhile. Been waiting for my certification as a transcriber, but sadly there was a delay.
So I tried being productive by biking and in just a split of a second I've been panting a lot and then afterwards I went home early.
My goal is that I could bike at least 500 meters next month. Hope I could overcome my low stamina and body physique.

I do play basketball too but i'm not good at dribbling just some freethrows.

I love riding a bike too. It is so enjoyable and it helps me exercise, I am not much of an exercise maniac.

I am curious. I hope you don't mind sharing the site where you apply as a transcriber. I also want to try it.
