Can 10 minutes nap energized you

I have been doing this for some days now. I take a small 10 minutes nap before going to pick my son from school. This energizes me a lot and makes me feel fresh. I become ready to be on my feet and cater to his demands. I never knew that such a small break could do wonfers.

On really busy days when I know I will not be able to nap in afternoon, I take cab/my husband's driver instead of driving to work or to pick up my daughter. I nap on the way and that is enough! So it does work. Though 10 minutes is too less. I take it at least for 20-25 minutes.

I agree that any sort of nap is a power nap. that means we get back to feel energize again right after taking a nap. i often take naps during our noon break here at work and it really helps me a lot to get back to work at 1 pm feeling lively again.

I don't usually take naps. But sometimes I feel really worn out, I can stay in bed for all day.
