Amazon Prime / myLot

So I'm sure most of you had heard and maybe even bought somethings on Amazon Prime Day. I was not that impressed with it really. I heard all about it, great sales on this one day, well I must not have the same interests in the things that everyone else has. I really didn't see any sales on anything I was interested in. I search a bunch of things I was interested in and of all the things only one thing came up on sale. I had been looking at this portable battery power supply that was $140 and I had been holding off not sure if I really wanted it but on prime day it was $95 so I figured I would get it. Not hopefully it will be all it was cracked up to be. Did you find any good deals that you ended up buying on Prime Day?

I bought four giant boxes of cat food at a great price. But I was looking for it as I knew they'd done the offer last time. I used to love the Amazon sales with all the 'lightning deals' especially for Black Friday but now they just have too many things on offer and it's too much work to go looking for a deal so I don't bother any more.

Maybe that was my problem, I didn't look hard enough. I don't want to spend hours trying to find something to spend my money on :)

I did end up buying a lot of stuff but no gadgets or anything - most of supermarket stuff etc which were marked down and had further cashback a on my credit card. So I ended up Saving quite a bit of money

I had an issue logging in for most of the first day, and by the time I did, what I was looking for wasn't a part of the sale. So I just skipped it, and I'll get the item next week before my nephew's birthday party (it's a present for him).
