Disneyland opened in Anaheim, California on July 17, 1955. It is estimated that 45,000 people visit the park daily. 200 feral cats live at the park keeping the mouse population down. Above the Pirates of the Caribbean ride is a members-only restaurant that hosts such exclusive members as Elton John and Tom Hanks. The park has only been closed three times. Once was in 1963, the day of JFK's funeral. Another was in 1994 because of the Northbridge earthquake. And a third was in 2001.

The mouse catchers have so far failed to catch that six foot tall one with the squeaky voice

When we travelled to USA, we didn't go to Disneyland. My son is not so interested in this amusement park. Perhaps we went to Disneyland in Hong Kong in the past and he didn't really enjoy it much and therefore he is not so keen on this amusement park any more.

Sounds like cat paradise to me. I have never been there but many years ago I did get a look at Disney World here in Florida. Now that I am in Florida I know it would be too expensive for me to go.
