What do you think on it? I think it is connecting us from people living in different zones and keeping us apart from the ones living with us and near us. Your thoughts are appreciated.

I agree. You can be sitting next to someone and feel totally disconnected while they are on their phone.

Exactly! This is the worst feeling ever. When you talk with the same person over phone for hours and you don't have anything to share face to face

This is very true. If someone is supposed to be doing something with me and is constantly staring at their 'phone, I will walk away from them.

Very nice topic of discussion! In fact I think frankly because the mobile phone we are interacting more than required with our near and dear ones, thus leaving no interesting things left in life! So today we don't have that charm of meeting our near and dear ones that way we used to have when we were kids!

Exactly. I feel the same. Everybody is busy with phones only. I cannot see the joy of meeting but can sound the joy of calling..

both. it connects us, like now, i texted my son if he arrived in school safe. but it can also separate us from the others if the phone owner does not respond to messages, plays games, or when the person ignores you. hahaha. it is all of the above

@anamika161088 the phone should be useful, but others use their phones to spam and scam others, and this is so saddening
