Your clothes line says a lot about you

Even if one uses a washing machine there is always the need for a clothes line. And when clothes are put out there looking at that clothes line you are judged. You could be slip shod, clumsy You are a designer crazy person, you wear torn clothes, you do not mind drying your inner wear for all to see.
What does your clothes line say about you?

My clothing says - They are so many, how would I bear the weight of so many clothes?
I say- it's not just mine but of the whole family. You have to bear just like I bear the responsibilities. Be strong..

Your clothes line may even give you a suggestion to divide your load (lol)

@anamika161088 When the poor clothes line collapses then you will seriously think of the dividing concept

Good you have those laws. This post of mine was inspired when I saw clothes hanging out in the balcony across the street. They are new tenants and looking at those clothes I could judge them as having poor taste (lol)

@allknowing It is true that driving through nice houses and seeing clothes hanging in the gardens is not at all a nice view.

When I get one I'll tell you. Right now I use the shower rail, towel rack and door knobs.

@allknowing Luckily when I was growing up, my mother used to hang clothes from a clothesline all the time - so I do know what to do if electricity fails. I may not have a clothesline now, but I am prepared if needed .

Those who live in flats should not put out their clothes as that will spoil the facade of the building

@allknowing I'm just happy when the weather is good enough to dry outdoors. Much of the year we can't do that.

Mine says that I live in a town that doesn't allow clothes lines, even though I have lots of privacy and room in my backyard. I do keep a drying rack and a thin clothesline in my laundry room for drying items that would get ruined in the dryer.

I have it in the passage where we have our washing machine. Even there I have a corner for the inner wear away from curious eyes (lol)
