Clearing the Garden While It's Not Raining

My front yard, a very narrow strip by the roadside got crowded with so many weeds and overgrown plants.
It had been so many days that I planned to clear of weeds, but it had been raining since the past week. This morning I got the will to do it, and the weather allowed me to finish the task.
Now it looks so nice and cleaner. After I finished, it rained again! So thankful the weather was cooperative.

the best time to pull them is just after a light rain

It is really easier to pull the weeds now because the soil is soft due to the rains.

We have so much rain these days. I collected some for future use when sunny days come. They are good for the plants.

It is good that you were able to get that task done. It rained most of the afternoon here yesterday but the sun is out today so I will do some work in the garden
