Sprouts in breakfast..

Sprouts are healthy and tasty too. I soaked them overnight, I took steam in pressure cooker with some success into it, then I added green chillies, coriander, tomato, cucumber, onions and carrots finely chopped into it with a few drops of lemon. It turned out delicious.
W I enjoyed sprouts in breakfast with my family. I made it healthy as I am going out and would be taking lot of junk food so I thought I should eat healthy at home at least. I have packed some for the journey as well.
How do you like your sprouts? What's the best time to have sprouts?

They are rich source of protein. It's good to have before exercising
