While at school I was keen on having penfriends but met with no success. It took me this long to finally have the joy of interacting with so many round the globe.
I think I have so far interacted with users from the US, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Canada, India, Philippines, South Africa, and Africa.
I have not come across any one from Russia, the Middle East, Scandinavia. and a few other countries.

When we were exchanging postcards, I did get one from Russia there was a man on here from Russia but I guess he is no longer active,

@Sojourn There is also the issue of having common interests and that is the reason sometimes we do not interact with those who do not share our interest.

I am think that I am the only person from Scandinavia at the moment. There used to be someone from Norway, but that person disappeared a long time ago. I have also seen someone from Sweden, but not recently.
I have seen people from South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria and Tunesia, and maybe Morcocco, I am not sure about that.

@allknowing I think it is harder to keep track of the countries now that we don't have a membership list anymore. I think that there are some countries without any members, but I am not sure because some members don't visit the site very often.

There is a woman from Russia and one from Denmark on the site.
Africa is not a country, but a continent. I've seen members from South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria on the site.
The Middle East is represented by two members from Israel and one from Egypt.
I can't give you the names of these members because I don't know them by heart. I'm sure you'll find them now that you can look out for them.

I was thrilled when I started interacting around the globe on online sites ten years ago.
That the interaction is instantaneous is the icing on the cake.
It is 24/7 and that makes it so much more inviting.
I have seen some from Russia and Scandinavian countries here - siva
