sleeping with the light on or off

Which is your preferred option when sleeping.I always loved to keep the light off that's why it good to sleep alone but sometimes it left on to accommodate the next person. But typical of me will want it off. How do you love yours?

Lights off. When someone turn the lights I'll be awake by then.

I can't sleep if there is anyking of light emitting towards my room. I make sure that my room is full of darkness...then i enjoy my sleep.

I need some sort of light when I am sleeping . I cannot sleep in pitch black dark, it scares me.

I like to keep my light off. Its help me go into sleep easily
