No Friday yoga today

On this sunny morning and afternoon, today was my only half-day at the gym. A nice morning to walk with pleasant weather to wear my flip-flops to water aerobics. Although a small class, perhaps due to people vacationing, it did feel good to exercise in the water. I did see Paige for a brief moment during class to grab a swim noodle in the equipment room during class. That would be my final time of seeing her for sure. In a little over an hour from here, my brother's picking me up at 2:20 PM for my second cortisone shot scheduled for this rainy afternoon. And I might do it with sedation, since I have him as a driver. Then he would drop me off. So I might be popping in later tonight after I had eaten dinner and take it easy tonight and during this rainy weekend. Have a good one and see you later!
