Kind words matter and it cost nothing to give but can change the mood of everyone.

@Cristi_lchim No matter what the attitude of other people, when we gave kind words to everyone, I am sure that can make us feel better. We give kind words, not only for other people but also for ourselves. Because if we do then we feel better as well.

@Cristi_Ichim If he's making fun of me and it's not below the belt then i can reply with a joke as well. If he's rude then I can tell him frankly that I don't like his choice of words. It doesn't mean that he's rude then I will do the same. I will keep my cool because I believe that "you are what you do". We can be defined by our actions.

@chavezrmc if you have a boss that makes fun of you how can you give him kind words?

@chavezrmc Somebody once told me that if we smile at the world then maybe the world might smile back at us. It's wort a try! I know that I feel better when I smile.
