Good Morning 7/21 Defensive Mask in Place

I spent half the morning in bed with my defense mask on..lol. Cat thinks I should be up at a certain time..and if I am not, he sometimes takes it as a personal affront and will punch me in the nose, with and without claw..or he might even try to get my eye. I have learned to cover my face if I choose to stay in bed..lest cat decide he needs to take matters into his own hands and be my personal alarm clock. I wish he would just be like a normal cat, and knock things off the table if he wants me up..

@AKRao24 My friend's dog is kind of hilarious because he is a little Chihaua, if barking does not get him up he will take his arm and try to drag him out of bed.

Yes, I am..I can tell by the look on his face what he is thinking and this morning..he was ready for battle! of course, he forgave me when I let him sit on me..and started talking to him.

My bedroom is off limits to the dogs so I don't have any let alarm clocks. Back in the day when we had cats they didn't hesitate to be annoying when they wanted you to get up.
