Errands Done Before The Rain

My daughter and I headed out to get the errands run before the rain starts. I drove and she did the few that only required a quick stop. First was the bank....drive up ATM so neither of us had to get out of the car. Next was drop off of a package to the local mail place and a few birthday cards that needed mailing. Next door is the bagel place so we got bagels for tomorrow's breakfast. Down the road is the bread store outlet so this required both of us to see what bargains they had today. Since they are closed on Sundays and Monday all Entenmans donuts were only $1.00 a box so we got 6 and put them in the freezer. Also got 6 packages of Thomas English muffins for $1.25 each. All in all I think we did pretty good. Filled the car with gas and had 40 cents off each gallon with the discount card. Back home, time for lunch, and did it all before the rain. The sky is getting darker so looks like we had good timing.
