What's going on the dinner table? I want to know!
I'm making the hoisin ginger pork chops that I never got around to making the other night. To go with it I am having the Moroccan carrots that I posted about before and some sauteed baby spinach. The pork chop recipe is in Katie Lee's Endless Summer cookbook as is the carrot recipe. I've been trying to work my way through that book a bit the past couple of weeks.

i just finished lunch and company went away. My daughter brought ice cream but we could not eat some. We were too full.
I don´t think that I´ll have anything for dinner tonight although I have plenty of leftovers.

That's funny cause we're having pork chops too!
We're having ours with sauerkraut and baked sweet potatoes

@NJChicaa I usually bake my pork chops with the sauerkraut so the chops get a nice tangy flavor

@Marilynda1225 That is a great idea. I gave up hot dogs and sausage like 15 years ago so I haven't had sauerkraut much since then. I will have to remember to make it with pork chops.
