Some kids are digging up the soil

I think they are selling it to others... it is not our land, but it surely isn't their land too. I've seen them dig sacks of soil and huge rocks... It seems illegal though. And also bothersome, since the bigger the hole becomes, it will pool larger amounts of water and some people will even put garbage in it.

You gotta report it to your " barangay" ( Smallest unit of Government in the Philippines with police power), it's gonna cause a lot of problems later on, the one financing or buying should also be apprehended.

Such acts should reported immediately before they become big scams later on! In India we have many Mafias who are doing such things and supplying earth to the builders clandestinely!
