While reading the getting-up to of @boiboing Cats - Cats and Hammocks as well as Kitty Turf Wars, I thought I would share a funny yet special moment with my Picasso and Talu last week. Our lemon tree was hanging heavy with beautiful ripe lemons, and we decided to pick most of them and freeze the juice for many a purpose in the kitchen. When my hubby came down the ladder, the cats went up! They decided to preen and stretch in the warm sun almost an hour before returning to terra firma. Quite the entertainers our cats - do you have cat stories to share?

Cats are lovely, they are a lot of fun. Willy the cat now jumps on the top of his owner car, from there to the garage roof, he reaches our garage roof with a jump and he finally enters from our bathroom window, that stays opened during summer.

Yes, you have some real hilarious cats and you must thank them to keeping you entertained! I was eagerly reading the post to see how they managed to pluck those lemons from the tree! But the discussion ended with an anti Climax that they were enjoying on the warm sun on the top of the ladder!

@inlemay Yes,one of my wife’s cats poops on my side of the bed. She (my wife) was totally preoccupied with the disease ridden, scrawny moggies in Greece.

I loved that about Greece - ALL the Cats - You can actually hear them meow the words Kallllllli~mmeeeera as you walk by. I am the shadow, taking a photo of the lazy cat

I can sense Lemon drizzle cake, lemon curd, I am coming around to yours for tea! One of my cats does not like me come to think of it she is not really a personable cat. She only likes my wife. She went missing one day while my wife was away. Do you think I could find her could I heck. My son in law found her. She kept trying to make a dart to get out of the house. MY wife would have been devastated had she gone missing

Lemon curd for sure, and I make a sauce to go on my pancakes. I went off my rocker that time Papoi went missing never to be found - even after calling her name for 18 months. I had a bad time over that, so I can relate to your wife's anxiety
