2 Gowns for the Wedding!

As I've shared here before how I struggled last sunday just to get my gown for my sister' wedding. I stayed until 1am awake just to get my gown done.
The result? The gown was not done clean and the fitting is not good and Im frustrated and not satisfied with the result. Because of that, I've decided to buy a ready made one at the mall and it costed a not so good to my pocket, but I have no other choice but to buy it.
Just so sad that my week is not that good.

My daughter's wedding gown arrived a day before her wedding in 2016 which made all of us worried. Cause of the delay was the typhoons coming one after the other. My daughter's wedding gown was done in Manila and my daughter's wedding planner was moving heaven and earth to make all the follow-ups to see to it that the gown arrived before the wedding. The planner was even making contingency plans to look for another gown locally in case the tailored gown did not arrive.

That's on the thing why I was so upset because dress shop is causing stress to client .. the client who booked early for earlier delivery. Why they don't just be honest to their client , be honest that they cannot comply on the agreed date.

Can you at least get some of your money back from the first gown?

at least you'll wear something that fits and looks good and not be feel self-conscious or uncomfortable. how about shoes?

Yeah that's my main consideration because good fit will save me from mess haha ! Because I am chubby.. shoes? That's actually my problem haha! But I have shoes here Im not sure if this could be a good match to my gown. I can't try it because my gown is not with me today..

@hereandthere I have no plans yet. Haha. Maybe I'll keep it first to cabinet to atleast give justice to my P2500 worth of money I spent for it. Haha

@cttolledo because on that day, you'll be helping in making sure things are running smoothly so it's better not to be distracted by what you're wearing. what do you plan to do with the ugly gown?

That was just a bad day, it's just one of those days. But then again, she still gets to have a gown, and that's important.
