My new baby is home....

When my son was over a year old, I dreamed of getting a bichon frise. At that time, that was the perfect breed for us. Bichon Frises are perfect with babies and though there's really no scientific evidence to prove they're hypoallergenic, the fact that they don't or barely shed at all, is already a big deal to me. I have rhinitis and I can't be with a dog that shed a lot.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a breeder anywhere and getting them from a reputable one abroad costs $2,200. And I wouldn't want to spend that much on getting one.
Then a surprise came to me last week. A message from a friend telling me he's going to give me my dream pup! A bichon frise, a four month old female bichon frise as my baby!
So now I have a baby girl in the house and I could never be happier. She brings joy to everyone, she's very sweet and wants to be cuddled all the time. She likes kisses too.

There are a few dogs I know that don't shed or barely shed at all. One is this breed, poodle, Maltese, shih tzu, and there are a few more I think.

@cpefley You will see there are a lot of articles and videos of bichon with babies. They're great companion dogs. But you must have time to groom her.

I named her after Daenerys Targaryen, supposedly Dany for short. However, the person who gave her to me said that his sister's name is Dany so we should just name her Danie instead. But her registered name is Duchess of Doxete. So She's Danie, Duchess of Doxete.

This breed only has white color. Her hair will change when she turns into an adult. The coat will be thicker and curly. So it needs to be cut when that thick coat starts to appear.

Yep, there are quite a few breed that don't including the poodle, Maltese, and a shih tzu.
