When I saw the headline for this news story I was sure it was going to be from a zoo in Florida, because it just seems like something that would happen in Florida. But it wasn't a Florida zoo. In fact it wasn't even in the US. An Egyptian zoo has been found painting donkeys to loo like zebras.

According to the story, it must be true. They wanted to give the children something new to look at. That is so dishonest and shows that these people cannot be trusted. I loved the part about dressing up a large dog to look like a lion. Fake animals and fake people.

I think zebras are harder to "domesticate" than donkeys as well.

And they are taller. I just wanna know exactly how they fooled anyone into thinking the donkeys were zebras. They don't really look anything alike..

I visited Egypt with my son and daughter. On a taxi journey to Giza Train Station we passed the entrance gate to Giza Zoo. It is horrible the zoo painted donkeys to look like zebras. Are they going to paint a dog to make it look like a lion I wonder.
