Not a Walk at The Park

I intended to go for a walk at the park today but the parking lot was completely full. I think everyone is enjoying the last few outings before school starts. The playground was running over with kids and all the picnic tables taken. Hammocks were attached to every tree. I had books to place in the book box but we circled around the parking lot and drove on. I'll take the books another day. We weren't far from Kholes so we drove on to the store. I wanted to use the last money on a gift card we've had since Christmas. I looked at their sales and bought dish towels marked down from 19.00 to 8.00 and wash clothes marked down from 10.00 to 3.00. I still have dish towels I have never used so I put these in the linen closet and I'll use them at a later date. We came back to the complex and stopped at the gym. We met friends there and chatted awhile. I walked an hour on the treadmill. A pretty good walk. That's about my usual walk at the park. It was boring but not too bad. I watched people in the swimming pool and others walking their dogs down the trail at the back of the gym. I hope you had a good Saturday.
