I love walking ...  especially in park areas...  it soothes my soul..., and...  refreshes the spirit ... even though that is not why I go... often it is  to walk the dog,  or get some exercise or as part of my carer duties with the elderly... but...  whatever the reason for my visit.. I always come away refreshed... i'm  not very good with words..., so I looked up some quotes on the internet,  to see if I could find one,  that says..., in as few  words as possible, what I mean ... and I found these... In every walk with nature.. one receives more than he seeks... and the other one ... Natures peace will flow into you... as sunshine flows into trees, The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy..., While your cares,  will drop off like autumn leaves... both these quotes are attributed to John Muir... and quite nicely say what I feel...
