Saw this online and I'm wondering how true this can be I have never experienced it,this young man claimed to have fought with someone in his dream and he was punched in the eyes and he woke up with a red eye on the side he was punched.Have you experienced a thing like this? Do you believe the red eye is from the dream punch. What do you think?

Blood vessels break in the eyes quite easily. He probably gave himself some kind of bump

It is possible. He could also have pink eye. It is a bacterial infection of the eye.

He might have hit himself in his eye while he was sleeping.

if something happens while we are asleep,a dream automatically forms as an agent to the happening.Night fall is another example of such happening.

He could have injured himself in his sleep. I sometimes wake up with bruises for no reason. Or, he could be covering up a real-life fight or incident and used the dream to explain something he did not want to admit to.

@Berrygal That would be scary if someone were really there fighting him. I think we don't know enough about dreaming.

Dreams are powerful but because he was not conscious, he acted out what he was dreaming on himself unknowingly

He might have hit himself while dreaming of the fight. Nobody is really there in a dream however much it feels it is true. People can choose their dreams and this sound nasty to me.

@Berrygal unless he was "aware" of dreaming and being asleep, how would he know what he does or doesnt do in his sleep state?
