If a person has nothing better to do, why not? They might meet other dog owners and the dog can make some friends.

@1hopefulman Probably at a church hall where they have a stage!!! Or rent a mini theater around town!! Where would U suggest??!!

I don't think that my dog would appreciate it. He would probably think: "Stop reading, and take me for a walk instead"

I do not have a dog, but this could be fun. I have seen that students who are unsure about their reading skills blossom when they read to dogs.

I don't have a dog. I often read my work out loud to myself, as I'm testing it for reading / presenting in performance. Neighbours probably think i'm even crazier than I am if they hear me

No, I don't read to my dogs, I don't think they would really enjoy it. lol I suppose I could try Lassie lol
