How do you lose weight ? Do you have a better way to keep your weight ? I am lack of willpower.....

actually the main thing in reducing weight is maintaining the diet. Reduce carbohydrates and multiply vegetables and fruits, don't eat too late Regular exercise is also necessary, many applications that can guide you on android for exercise at home to reduce weight

It's so easy. Stay away from the 2 naughty whites: Sugar and carbs. Anything with sugar is a big NO, and all white carbs need to go: White rice, white noodles, white bread. Go for whole wheat instead. (Why does this response keep trying to sound like a poem???!!)

Drink two glasses of water before having food,so that you will intake less food. Avoid sweets,salty and oily foods. Do regular exercise, go for a walk. Go for wheat products,avoid rice . You can have wholewheat bread, include more salads in your diet.

you can actually loose weight faster than you think. stop eating once it is 4pm till the next day. do it for 3months consistently.

I try to drink first whenevee I crave for something about a glass of water. And most often time I put lime on my water bottle so that it will have a bit of taste and it can lessen my snacking habit.

I am 24, and I still have not gained extra weight. My waist is 64cm. My last meal is at around 20.00, not later. And I do not eat much, only when I am hungry. Hello! Welcome aboard to myLot boat. I hope you'll enjoy it here. I've tried gadgets then to lose my weight and curve my body, sadly I can't remember the name of the gadgets anymore. Well, it helps a bit but when that gadgets malfunction I never buy one again.
