There is no point in starting any business unless it is something you are passionate about. You need to think of something which you will enjoy doing and either have or can acquire the skills to do successfully. Once you have come up with two or three ideas, research your market. Make sure that there is a market, first, and then look at what your competitors are doing and how they do it. Can you do it better or cheaper (while still making a profit, of course)? Only you know what you are good at (and what your weaknesses are). It is just as important to know your weaknesses as to know your strengths. It may be a good idea to start the business as a partnership. If you are weak at accounting or convincing people that they need to buy your product, you may be able to find a partner who is good at these things.
