twitter account is not working in my house but working in office

When I tried to log in twitter account in my house it is not working, however its working in my office laptop. I couldm't understand this , how is it possible with the same username and password in both places. When I tried to login to my house, it shows username and password do not match making me crazy , have you ever experienced the same in your life
