How do yo think receive training after work ?

My company always make the training or have a meeting after the legal work hours ... I don"t know how to face ... Today I will have a training again after offical work hours .......

No any extra pay for the out of officeial work hours....So illegal

Is that legal in your country? Here all training takes place during work hours.

It is not leagal in my country. But noboday can prevent it . It always happens in many company. If you don't adapt to this,you can leave.....
