They are selling 2 foot helium Trump Baby balloons on Amazon. 
They look just like the one they flew over in London. Problem is that they are extremely expensive. They are like $20 each! 
That’s a lot of money for something that could easily pop at any moment. I’d be tempted to buy a few if they were more reasonably priced, but at $19.99 each, I’m going to have to pass.
