What happened to my favourite soda Sprite?

Do you like Sprite? No, I didn't just start this question just to know how many here like sprite or even maybe to start a discussions the way they do here before when mylot was just new. It's just because I just went to eat on fast-food KFC in the Philippines, in manila. and ordered a set meal of fried chicken , rice and sprite. I just wanted to drink sprite but then I thought I haven't had a breakfast yet and it's lunch time already so I should order a meal of fried chicken also. Since soda might be bad for empty stomach I thought. But I noticed, while I'm waiting on the counter for my order to be served, there are so many lots of sprite being served. Seems like most customers like sprite more than the other kind of sodas and even more than iced tea which is actually more popular choice and more preferred by people here when ordering drinks. But anyway after getting my order and starting to drink my favorite soda sprite, it tastes more like water. It's sparkling like sprite but it doesn't taste like sprite at all. It's a bit bitter in taste than water but it doesn't taste a soda or sprite at all. So I thought maybe because they don't have enough sprite to serve the people or customers that they might added water to it too accommodate all the orders. And I have seen some customers getting up off their seats to complain that they didn't get sprite but water only. I noticed one customer,a foreigner, who was alone like me, after drinking or taking a sip of her sprite, seems to be in a bad mood after that. She picked her bag from the table and threw it hard on the long chair she was sitting on and it made such disturbing noise. I came there just for the Sprite but I end up not getting what I want. It's not first time on having bad impression or experience eating on that fast-food chain on that branch only. I had no problem on their other branches though just on this branch. But still kfc is my favorite fast food chain. I will still eat on kfc but on their other branches. Not on this one that I had bad experiences. I will avoid this branch. It seems to me not all outlets of kfc had the same quality of food and soda. So I will go back to where I had good experience or good meal.
