Who do you rely on when in trouble

We have our different ways of dealing with nerve wrecking situations and most times we might just need a shoulder to cry on,it will give us the needed relief.
I depend a lot on my parents especially my mum when I need someone to help. Who do you reply on or do you think it better to sort it out within one's self and if so,why?

When I needed someone to help when I was a kid I depended a lot on my parents. Now I can depend a lot on my hubby.

I just solve it myself. Im shy to share my feelings to my parents and aside from that, i dont want them to be bothered in anything.

I also have the same attitude. I dont want to burden my mom with my problems especially if I can handle it. I know she has wnough problems of her own

When my Mother was alive I'd definitely depend on her. Now she's gone, I deal with things on my own.

Thanks! Life goes on. My colleague suggested to start a journal, since being alone now. This helps too.

I wish I have my parents to rely on but I don't have them. I mostly sort things out on my own because I'm just so used to doing that and I think that when I ask other people I'm sort of bothering them and I don't want to bother anybody.

Most of the time I will rely on myself. The bad news are that even through sometimes I manage to solve the situations, I only barely do so without too much leeway left. The good news are that I don't owe anyone favour.

I rely most on my mom when in trouble. She is a bit nervous kind of person though. But to see her face makes me relax.

I rely on God...literally. He is the only One that has ever been there for me. When I had really bad anxiety, I would calm myself by talking to God. He "rocked me to sleep" most nights, you could say.
He has helped to get me through many challenges in all aspects of my life. There is no one else.

If it's something emotional, I depend on God for comfort but in case of earthly things, I mostly depend on myself and at times my family members.

You are lucky you can open up to your mom. I have learned to rely on myself and toughen up.
