What activity makes you feel tired?

Hello guys! I have less activity on my online stuff today. My offline works need me a lot, typing a lot of pages makes me feel so tired. It causes me a backache and my eye is kinda sore. Tomorrow still another day like this. I really hate typing a lot of words but this is my job. I need to sacrifice for my family's sake.
How about you guys, What activity makes you feel tired?

Sexercise makes me feel tired. 
Sitting too long without really standing up can cause my lower back to ache a bit. It's because I have excessive lordosis and my lower back needs support when I'm seated.

Well there are many actually that makes you feel tired. From simple job to doing the weekly chores at home. But of course you are forced to do it else you would not enjoy the life that you are in right now. I guess it is important that you feel this things so that you will know the value of your hardwork.

Try to manage a good posture while typing. It makes me tired also.
