Reason Behind The Delay

I am confused.
I had crossed the payout level on June 27 this year.My earnings were $5 and a few cents by the end of June.
The amount should have been paid to me in July.But today is August 8,and it is still unpaid.
Would someone please explain to me the reason behind this dalay?

Hi. I just looked up your info, and it looks like you don't actually have your paypal address entered.

Have you provided your paypal email address? If not then you can go to settings and put it there.

@banksim Have you reached the payout level.? And have you mentioned your PayPal email address in your account ? If answers to both these questimes, you will receive your earnings.

@Shivram59 dear I know I join last month itself..I had not ask this question..that when I will get payment, I know if you make 5 dollar then you get payment by 15 next month
