Virginia woman being called "Guardian Angel" for donating a kidney to a man

Cristi Shirley is being called a "Guardian Angel" by a former work colleague named Maysa Slominski who placed a plea for help to have someone donate a kidney to save the life of her cousin Jim Abed who was ready to join his Maker if he did not get a kidney replacement.
Maysa used the power of Facebook in February to see if anyone is interested in donating a kidney for her relative.
Cristi saw the ad on Facebook to assist Jim who was a complete stranger to her. When she volunteered to donate her kidney, the battery of tests came back.
The good news is that Cristi was the perfect match for Jim to get his new kidney from Cristi.
The surgery took place on July 26 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland. The surgery was successful.
Christi said that God had called her to donate her kidney to Jim. .

yes, but there is a reason why we have two kidneys. yes a bit sacrifice for her, because there will be a repercussion on her too.
