I found new photo editor

I found editor for windows phone, its called lomogram and so far i really like it. There are many options: effects, frames, cropping,... Its hard to find good editor coz I use windows phone and there is not much apps. What apps do you use for editing photos (if you use any)? (photo is mine)

I used Pitu app to edit pictures.. Photo is me.

i rarely post pictures, so there's no need for editing. but i do use vsco sometimes and effects from snapchat haha

I like snap effects too :D Vsco has to be paid as I know? Or maybe they have free version
