I'm sweating badly

it is so terribly humid today. I came to the park for my morning walk. But I could hardly complete 10 rounds. The sun is up, there is no leaf that is moving.
Now I'm sitting on a bench and mylotting. I hope hubby comes fast and I get to go back home.

You have to be really early, a little before the sun for walk in such humid weather. But you might have other chores at that time. It is better to do indoor exercise on such days.

@amitkokiladitya Yes, we can only go after sending them off. I go at 7:30 but Bangalore is fine and you can go for walk late till 9.

I always carry water with me. Thirst is something I cannot handle at all. Hubby is still chatting with his friends. I hope he returns soon. I cannot tolerate this heat any longer

In hot summer, when the sun rises, we can hardly do exercise outside. I often exercise before the sun comes out.
