@amitkokiladitya Am a bit lazy and do not exercise. The only form of exercise I get is when I travel to work and when doing household chores.

@caopaopao I had a treadmill in my earlier apartment but my present house is too small to keep a treadmill. A full time job does not give me time either.

@mayka123 Maybe you should find time to exercise. Buy a treadmill at home, for example, and you can exercise at any time.

Consistency with our exercise regimen and the kind of food that we eat means a lot specially when it comes to keeping oneself fit.
As they say and I agree, putting on weight is easy but taking off is hard.
I have tried in the past kickboxing and having green mango smoothie after working out, those were the best days of my life. I would say, I was really fit back then.
I am now looking for alternatives to exercising without sweating it out and still keeping fit and keeping a healthy weight.
Rule of thumb... no garbage food = healthy person :-)

To keep myself fit and healthy, I just have a proper diet. I eat a lot of fish, vegetables (bitter gourd, pumpkin, tomatoes, etc) then fruits (apple, oranges, grapes, mangosteen, banana, etc) But I must admit that it's hard to maintain. Then I take a warm lemon water and apple cider every morning.
