As some of you know our pet Preiti was unwell but thanks to this Vet and another, she is back on her feet, eating well and is as active as ever. We have decided to donate something to the hospital where this Vet works. He has suggested that we buy them a cupboard. We are in the process of getting that cupboard and are happy that we can do something for this hospital where this Vet works This Vet took personal interest and shared our joy when Preiti got well and quickly too.

Wow! That is nice to know that your Preiti is well now! That is a nice gesture from your side to present a cupboard to the Clinic where Preiti was treated. In fact I recall when I have started a clinic for Clinic during the start of my career when I was presented by a aerosol seal spray by a Surgeon whose dog was operated by me and also a small pen torch sized cauterizing equipment by an ophthalmologist whose dog was treated for an eye injury at my place! I have got that equipment with me though today i am not practicing anymore for Canines, as a memento which means a lot to me! I am very happy that you are making your Vet very happy dear friend! Stay blessed!

@allknowing , In fact running a clinic for Pets is a big responsibility and I was first person to have clinic my city so there used to be lot of rush. As you know pets are treated like family members so together with the treating the animals to had to take care of the feelings and emotions of the people. That was the time when there were no Mobile phones. Telephones were very few . So communication was not really that easy like today. The techniques were old, medicines were also limited and most of the medicines were to be procured from teh shops which used to sell imported medicines. I recall, I used to get up early in the morning to visit teh dogs which had surgery previous evening out of curiosity, to have tea with the owners while on the visit. Because of all these factors it was difficult for me to cope up with the pressure of my job in my family life as my wife was also working and we hardly used to have time to spend some time together and my son was also growing up to attend the school. So I was in search of a job where I wanted to work with animal, there should job satisfaction, there should be good income and facilities and I must be in a position to spare some my time for my family. There was only one job, that was of resident Veterinarian on a Stud Farm and joined the job more than three decades back as an Asst Veterinarian to become Chief Resident Vet today As you sais, I love my job and I am passionate about it! Thanks!

Wanting a cupboard was his choice. I asked him what he would want. I am happy too that I have developed a good relationship with him. Everything was done at home - blood tests, a drip, and those antibiotic injections fortified with liver boost. He in fact calls up to find out how she is doing. Preiti wags her tail when she sees him You must be having reasons to close your clinic. What matters is that you are happy with your mission.

wonderful news re: Preiti. Very generous of you in getting that cupboard for that hospital. Things like that could run in a thousand dollars easily here.

@YrNemo Preiti has had home visits from the Vet. And about paying I think those who can afford should pay and I certainly will.

I am so glad that you decided to help the hospital where he works. Not all the vets take good care of the animals.

He came home and treated Preiti. His visits were several. It is not easy to treat animals.

@LadyDuck Preiti is normally mild but this time she was a bit aggressive when the doctor was examining her. We had to tie her mouth.

@allknowing I know, animals do not like doctors and I understand them very well, I also do not like to go to see my doctor.

Preiti will take time to accept your cat Sid's wishes as she is vary of strangers but once she gets to know them then she becomes friends with them. This cat is her friend now and it took her some time
