It's 11:33 am here and it's a Sunday.
I have trouble sleeping last night, as always.
I think I might need to ask for sleeping pills again because it's been happening continuously. And it's frustrating me.
I just had my 2 bags of blood transfusion last Thursday and I don't want to have another transfusion by next month.
I wanted to have a Kidney Transplant and I need to keep working for my Hemoglobin. So that by next year I can have my screening for a possible Kidney Transplant.
Hopefully, I can find a remedy for this issue.

Insomnia is very painful at night. I hope you will find a suitable way to relieve insomnia.

same here. I have been battling for sleepless nights. It's really frustrating when you want to sleep but you cannot and you have to get up early to prepare breakfast. Most of the time, I lay down with my toddler between 8:00-9:00 in the evening. My toddler usually falls off to sleep by 9:00 and I stay awake until 4 am.

@JustBhem my sister is prescribed with anxiolytics and anti-allergies. i hope your doctor will give you one that will really make you sleep soundly at night without compromising your illness.
