what is your stand on divorce?

i have heard that in other countries, couples divorce over trivial reasons like snoring very loud, senseless fights and the likes. how true is this in your country? what is your stand on it?

People have their reasons for divorces. The reason like snoring loud is ridiculous though LOL! Anywhos it depends on a couple and whether the differences could be resolved or not. I think a genuine chance could be given to resolve matters at least once and if that still doesn't work out then go ahead with the divorce. Speaking about my country, the divorce rates are low. They aren't considered taboo per se but still couples rather avoid splitting most of the time.

india is a very conservative country. if im not mistaken, arranged marriage is one of their cultures.

@Janet357 Yes India is a conservative country. Arranged or love marriages, both have their pros and cons. The culture and history are very diverse here so are the types of marriages in cultural history. Like Gandharva Vivah, Swayamwar, etc.

No real opinion on this subject. People get married and get divorced...not my business. Only the lawyers get rich I'd rather cut my balls off with a rusty knife than get married...but that's just me
