What's for dinner? August 13

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I'm making the stuffed meatloaf from Molto Batali. It is stuffed with proscuitto, baby spinach, carrots, and cheese. It is soooo good. I'm making it with ground turkey instead of beef because that's what I have on hand. I also have to use shredded mozzarella instead of fresh because apparently my husband decided to snack on that at some point this weekend. To go with the meatloaf I'm making mashed potatoes and steamed garlic green beans. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I may have to bookmark that recipe. I wonder how it would be stuffed with basil instead of spinach. I have an abundance of basil right now. I am making Tagine Style Sticky Chicken in my Tagine pot.

@NJChicaa it is another thing in the cupboard that rarely gets used. I have been to Morocco and enjoyed the food, but never learned any recipes. Now I got this thing out and decided to give it a try.

Sounds interesting. I am gave chicken, in some kind of sauce and a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots. Not sure about the dressing yet

It is really good. A little bit of work but I have the time. My husband won't be home until at least 8. Your dinner sounds very good. I am doing chicken on Thursday.

My God that meatloaf sounds delicious! No dinner tonight here. My husband is prepping for colonoscopy tomorrow and my stomach has been unsettled since Saturday. So we're both more or less fasting.

I made steamed noodles at noon, because there are really too many, We only ate half, we will continue to eat in the evening. Then eat some watermelons.

Your dinner sounds so good. I love meatloaf especially with mashed potatoes. We had roasted chicken with sweet potatoes and sauteed zucchini
