Finicky eater problem solved.

Danie is such a finicky eater that I had to hand fed her for weeks so she can consume all of her food. I had tried different techniques like taking out her bowl after 15 minutes and not feed her until the next feeding time as suggested by most experts. I also added water to her dry kibble to soften it but she still didn't eat from her bowl. I've also used commercial toppers but nope, that wasn't enticing enough for her. But finally I cooked beef stew for her. I don't normally cook, but for Danie, I did. I just prepare 25% of beef stew and 75% dry kibble and she's eating from her bowl now. I know she'll grow tired of that mix so I'm planning to cook chicken for her next time. The recipes I have are vet approved!

I'd cook for you too. But I'm pretty sure you wouldn't find it enticing at all.

@Mike197602 I don't actually cook human food and yes I believe I would be a terrible one if I did.

When my dog is not in the mood, I just make milk adding it with sugar. But since I got the food supplement and pheumex, I mix it up with milk and feed it to her. Either with a table spoon or syringe. I also feed him moringa powder and sugar.

@Letranknight2015 Still not healthy. I only want the best for my dog. I don't settle for less.

Not a healthy option for the dog. Human milk shouldn't be given to them.

@toniganzon I don't give it to him everyday though, just something for him to increase his appetite .

She loved what you cooked for her. I think that from now on you must be creative and prepare something different time by time.

Right. I have found several recipes on Pinterest. One cooking would last a week. That means she will have a different topper every week.

@LadyDuck I think she deserves it though. It breaks my heart leaving her in the house sometimes.

I spend more time with her these days. I am careful of how I raise her to be a healthy and happy pup.

Aside from the extra work that would be a great feeling to see her eating from her bowl again. Besides- she's so worth it! What doggie wouldn't like beef stew!!

That's exactly what I thought. It was so enticing she couldn't refuse it at all. And I don't mind cooking for Danie. She's too lovely.

I'm certain that she will. It's the same recipe. You just have to replace the beef with chicken minus the bones.

Yeah she did. But I think she became finicky because of the way they feed her. She was free fed before. I changed that.

I don't have a finicky eater. Lily, my cat, loves anything made by Purina. She didn't like Supreme Source. She wouldn't eat their treats unless I added it to her dry food, and she hardly ate the dry food made by them. I was surprised that she loved the wet food made by Canidae and Tiki Cat.

I have a cat and he's not finicky eater too. I have made my readings before getting one. It's bets to give cats wet food than dry food because they don't drink much water.
