$1.00 in digital credit for amazon

That's what I will get as soon as they ship something I bought earlier today. Now normally I let it come to me with prime shipping, but I didn't really need this item in two days time. The item will still shipp to me free, and this way I get $1.00 towards a future digital movie rental or purchase. I was thinking of buying The Princess Bride, as I usually catch it when it appears on one of my free apps, but I do love the movie enough to purchase it. I was also considering renting Deadpool 2. The $1.00 will come in handy towards either of those things. I know amazon has done 99 cent rentals in the past as well, so maybe I could wait until one of those times. If you have amazon prime, do you always choose the option for the item to come in two days, or do you choose the option that gives you $1.00 towards a future rental purchase?

A $1.00 toward a future rental purchase sounds good to me.

I've had it for a few years. There was one year when I thought about getting rid of it, but it still comes in handy from time to time. I am not sure if you have to be a prime member to get that option. They might have the option available if you purchase a certain amount, I am not sure. I'll see if I can figure that out the next time I purchase something from them.

I don't go in for Amazon much anymore. I can't seem to buy anything I want that doesn't require me to be a Amazon Prime participant.

Yeah, amazon definitely sucks you in and demands your money.

It has been an option for awhile, but usually I am too impatient to wait. This will be a gift, and one I won't need quite yet, so it will be worth the wait.

@rakski Yes, my friend's birthday isn't until September. I may not see her until Mid September anyway.

@ScribbledAdNauseum waiting is okay as long as it is not needed asap.

I don't have Amazon prime. I love The Princess Bride. The book is good too. I want to see both Deadpools.

I own the first deadpool. I am thinking of renting the second one this weekend. My nephew is here, and I don't think he's seen the first deadpool. He's old enough to watch it (18), but maybe not mature enough. Still I am thinking of giving him the option.

My brother always does 2 day shipping.

Here lately, it's not always two days. Especially since they've introduced where people locally pick it up and deliver it to you.

@Courtlynn I'm sure it differs by area. I had something supposed to be delivered on a Sunday (and I'd had no problem with Sunday delivery before) They didn't bring it until Tuesday. It was an amazon driver. I called and complained.

I let my Amazon Prime go a few months ago. I hope that once the kids get back to school I will be able to earn enough to start it back up again.

I am thinking of letting my prime go. All I need is the kindle unlimited and the prime video.
